Steven developed his passion for project management from the beginning, working as a carpenter in healthcare construction. Steve worked his way through school as he worked his way from the field to project management, studying architecture at North Carolina State University and business at University of North Carolina
Steven has worked on all sides of the table: public/private sector, landlord/tenant representative, superintendent/project manager, owner, end-user, and design. His work experience includes small, family owned entrepreneurs, regional general contractors, and international construction management and real estate firms.
During his career, Steven has worked on Fortune 100 headquarters, large campus masterplans, historic renovations, fast track laboratories, data centers, mixed-use projects, multifamily, religious spaces, and a children’s museum.
